Hello All! I’m brand new here on BP, and to real estate investing. I thought I’d introduce myself.

I am single mother of two sweet boys - ages 7 and 3. We’ve had a bit of a rough go the last few years, and in my frustration with barely staying above water, I came across Robert Kiyosaki’s book, Rich Dad Poor Dad. I loved it. I proceeded to read a few more of his books, and one written by his wife, Kim. I attended a free seminar and then a a 3 Day Training course which I attended last weekend. I will skip the details but that event lead me here, to Bigger Pockets. I am eager to start educating myself and connecting with everyone! As of right now, my plan is to get into wholesaling first, to generate extra cash. I already work two jobs so my time is limited, but any and all advice or pointers in the right direction is appreciated! Thank you all!
