New Member in Fort Knox
Hey Everyone,
Just a quick intro. My name is Oli (short for Oliver). For 13 years I have serving in the military and currently stationed at Fort Knox. I own one rental and just sold a house. I am currently reading the BP book Ultimate beginners guide to REI and i think I'm going to go down the path of Flipping and Wholesaling as I am learning and putting money aside to ultimately get into the Mutli-Family (100 units) and commercial arena. I look forward to reading your stories, learning and becoming deeply engaged with the community.
