Good afternoon BP! I'm Chris and I'm just starting out. I'm pumped to get into investing. I attempted to do this years ago but fell victim to the guru guys and wasted money. I'm excited that I found BP and all it has to offer. I'm based out of Charlestown RI and there isn't much for meet ups. If anyone knows of anything in RI I would appreciate any information. Would love to meet up with anyone in the area and talk about REI. I'm focused on rental properties even though prices in my area are fairly high. I hope to aquire a property soon.
