Hi I'm Malachi,

I am rather new to the world of REI. I started doing some self-study on wholesale, flipping, and rentals late 2018 and I am looking to continue to grow my knowledge and experiences. My partner and I have done some driving for dollars and sent out mailings as we hope to get a foot in the door with wholesaling. We also have been looking for properties to fix and flip. Our ultimate goal is to eventually rent out multi-family properties in the STL area and other markets. Additionally, I am open to any advice you all have on beginning to invest and making the most of REI.
