Hey guys!  Newbie to the Bigger Pockets community based in Los Angeles, and more specifically Culver City.  Relatively new to real estate investing and looking to meet like minded people who are interested in diversifying their income stream; great to have a vertical income path but all about gradually getting free and into a horizontal income mode where numerous flows of income are coming in. 

Introduced to the community by my real estate investor sister who has numerous properties and has been growing her holdings over the last 15 years.
