The best person that I know who can give you insight into the current market in the Denver Metro Area is @Chris Lopez. He has many years of experience investing and helping those who want to invest in this market find the right property for each person.  @Chris Lopez hosts and co-hosts many classes and webinars regarding investing inside the E470 Loop.
