22yr old Newbie in Wichita, Ks

Posted

Hi, my name is Austin Bradford. I am 22 living in Wichita, Ks. I'm currently still going to school but I am looking to get involved in flipping real estate. I have been reading and listening to anything I think can be helpful in my real estate education. My problem is I am having trouble with finding financing. I have a bit of money but not quite enough and I don't think there is a way I can get a conventional mortgage because I am currently an unemployed student. I am thinking private financing might be my only option but I'm not sure. Any advice for me is greatly appreciated.
