My fiance and I found the bigger pockets podcasts last week and are really enjoying them. Instead of watching TV in the evenings, we listen to a couple of episodes. We currently have one rental and are looking to 1031 it into one or more properties to produce a better cap rate.

We are really enjoying everything we have found in the bigger pockets community so far and look forward to interacting with the community in the future.
