Hey everyone,

I'm Gabriel Gonzaga and I'm currently a student with a lot of ambition and time to put towards real estate. I've been doing my research on real estate wholesaling and have found it to be a great way to get started. Now, with my LLC set up I am ready to get started with growing my buyer's list and finding opportunities through the use of public records as well as finding motivated sellers via direct mail and other methods that I'm discovering. I am currently working to connect with cash buyers in the area as well as to learn more about the foreclosure process.
