Loans for flipping with a bad credit score

Hello,

My name is William Jones. I was flipping houses in Tallahassee for a couple of years but then my family went through some tough times and we had to move to Charleston SC. We are wanting to start up flipping again but our previous investor isn't investing in flips any more. we are on the search for a new investor. During the move we had some tough hits on my credit so we are looking for someone who is willing to invest in me because of my experience and knowledge and not my score. Any suggestions on what options i might have?

Hi, Credit isn't the most important factor in a loan. If all your other criteria are fine, we could work something out.
