Hi everyone!    New to the site and wish I would have found it years ago.  I'm 3ish years into the rental business here in Western Ky with some tremendous growth happening in the last 4 months.   I transitioned from a full-time government job & farming full time to being a rental investor and farmer now.   

Nowadays I spend my time looking for new rental investments and working on as needed my current homes.  I'm here to learn from others and hopefully pass along some of the successes and failures I've had thus far.    Currently I have 9 properties and a couple farms that I rent out.
