Hi everyone. My name is Scott and I am new to real estate investing. I have a few blog posts but Joshua suggested I intoduce myself to the forums, so here I am. :^)

I am in the SF Bay Area of California, and am VERY intimidated by the crazy home prices here, and the corresponding underwater value of those houses. Part of me says that is a HUGE opportunity, and that's the guy I'm trying to listen to . Does anybody have RECENT experience in NoCal? Thanks for listening and I'm looking forward to meeting you all.
