Hello BP!

I've been browsing the forums and listening to the BP Podcast for a few months now, and figured now is as good a time as any to jump into the forums.

A little about myself.... I’m a Chicago-based Urban Planner with a newfound interest in real estate investing. My fiance and I are currently exploring house hacking opportunities in Chicago. We're just getting started with developing a strategy, but are open to connecting with other investors in Chicago.
