Newbie looking for first property to buy
Hi I am an absolute Newbie looking for my first property in the Cincinnati area. My husband thinks we should pay our house off first (still owe 57k) but I,m ready to start now. Any advise on getting spousal buy in?

@Tracey L. Williams as a noobie myself I would recommend not paying off the house and instead pull some of the equity out of your primary house to get a good equity stance in the new property. If you were interested in building your portfolio faster I would recommend using the brrrr strategy. If done right you can pull the equity out of your primary residence and complete the brrrr and pay the money back on your house with essentially no money lost and an asset gained.
