Newbie Investor from Philadelphia looking to connect

Hello,

My name is Adam Durant and I am a new real estate investor in Philadelphia looking to start my career flipping homes in the following zip codes: 19121, 19122, 19104, 19130.

I am looking to connect with like-minded individuals in the area. A little about myself, I am a Program Manager for a STEM-based educational/entrepreneurship program and have over 8 years of experience as an educator in Philadelphia. 

I am looking to connect with like-minded investors, realtors, lenders, and wholesalers in the area and would like to potentially do a JV with an investor that I can learn from and add value to their business.

My skills and include education, community partnerships, design, tech (including 3D modeling and digital fabrication, audio production (could help anyone interested in starting a podcast :-) My wife who is my partner is an amazing artist and interior designer with degrees from Moore College of Art and Design. 

I own a home in Yorktown which has gained a lot of equity since I purchased it 5 years ago. Have access to some cash and credit. I am open to connecting with anyone even if it is just to have a cup of coffee.
