Greetings BP community! My name is Joel and I am grateful to be part of the BiggerPockets network.

I am originally from Rochester, NY and currently live in Richmond, VA. I learned about real estate investment opportunities from a Rich Dad Seminar year ago. The timing is right to get started on my REI journey and I enjoy seeing how much support is here to succeed. My current focus area is wholesaling with the intent to expand to buy and hold rentals.

I've recently connected with some encouraging and supportive REIA members in Richmond. I look forward to connecting with more local and distant seasoned investors...and other newbies like me :-)
