Hello! My name is Eric, I'm a new member here. My background is in commercial property management in the San Francisco/Bay Area. A little less than two years ago I moved to Portland for the friendly folks and beer culture. In fact, my first job up here was at a microbrewery in the Pearl, and I still pick up shifts there every now and again. I quickly fell in love with the Victorian homes in the city and now that I see myself living here long term, I'm interested in investing in rental property for myself.
