New Investor Preparing for Out-Of-State Long-Term Rentals

Hello! My name is Dan and I have been lurking on the site for a while after discovering it earlier this year. I am currently learning as much as I can through podcasts, books, and blogs. The plan is to purchase my first out-of-state deal early next year. I am an attorney in New York City (non-real estate) looking to purchase single or small multi-family homes in Utah or Maryland (family and contacts in both areas) for long-term rentals. Happy to connect and meet as many like-minded people as possible.

Best,

Dan
