Hi all, I am new to BP.. well I have been lurking in the shadows for quite some time, but I thought it was time to come out of the shadows. :) I am a RE broker in Salt Lake City Utah. I have a small boutique firm in downtown. Most of my business comes from a couple of investors and I buying wholesale and doing flips. 

I look forward to contributing!
