Hello everyone! My name is Rich and I am just getting started on the next chapter in my life. I am retiring this December and packing up my wife and dogs and moving to the greater Austin area of Texas early next year. My plan, well my family is selling a rental condo in California and I am trying to turn that into one or two multi-family  properties in Texas. I plan on managing it myself since I will be retired and we have not had a very good experience with property management companies. If this is successful I would like to move some of my personal savings into multi-family properties as well. I havef already learned sooo much in the few days since I joined! Any thoughts, comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Rich
