New to this (Pittsburgh area)

Hello, my name is Mohammed and I am new to Pittsburgh, PA. I would be humbled to get to know this site a bit more along with investors in my area and on this site. I do understand that everyone time is valuable therefore

1. I'm willing to be a student first and foremost (coach-able)
2. I will never waste you're time (reliable)(dependable)
3. I will give you my 110% at all times
4. I will work on weekends for free
5. Willing to do what it takes to earn my stripes (ready to go out there)(not looking for handouts)
6. I can take you out to coffee lol

I also want to invest in a rental property deal preferably 4 unit properties open to price and other suggestions. I have a list of potential lenders but would like to get a walk through or shadow someone on the deal. Honestly don't want to look dumb not knowing what I'm talking about and that's the honest truth.
