Staying Organized with Follow Ups. CRM software suggestions

Hi everyone, this is my first post. I’m new to real estate investing. I work full time, so I really want to be as organized as possible to stay on top of things. Can anyone recommend software or CRM to keep detailed contacts and notes? A place to store all brokers, agents, owners, investors, managers, etc. I’d like to keep it all in one place, schedule follow up calls and emails and make sure I maximize my time. Free service would be great, but I’m fine with a pay service too. I use a spreadsheet now and it’s just too cumbersome. Any help would be appreciated.
