Starting in Real Estate Fresh From College

Hey Everyone, My name is Tyler and I am very interested in building a rental property portfolio. A little background about myself first. I just graduated from college with light debt. I am 2/3 of the way to a seller's license yet I don't know any way I can break into investing as I do not yet have money nor is my local market cheap at all (SF Bay Area). Can anyone give me some advice for a young person who wants to put in the work owning rental properties without much money? Thank you so much, Tyler
