Hello everyone!  My name is Princess and I am a newbie investor.  I live in Phoenix, Arizona.   I am starting out as a Wholesaler.  My current focus is on Cash Buyers, Wholesalers, Discount Properties,  Motivated Sellers, and Off-Market Properties.
