Investor friendly title company or realestate Attorney

Hi everyone I'm a newbie investor in the West Virginia Morgantown Clarksburg Fairmont area and I'm having trouble finding a title company or Real estate attorney that is investor friendly I've called other wholesalers and tried to find local REI meetings but none of that's worked I want them to look over my contracts before I start having buyers and sellers sign them. I've called title companies and attorney offices and they have no idea what I'm talking about
