LA Tech Consultant Wants to Invest!

Hello BiggerPockets! I recently graduated from USC with a Masters degree in Computer Science and started working as a tech consultant in Los Angeles California. I'm looking to slowly accumulate rental properties over the years to achieve a sizable cashflow and earn my time back on my own terms. Upon initial glance, it seems difficult to achieve positive cashflow in California. I'd like to try investing out of state, and would be eager to connect with other investors who have experience investing out of state. Looking forward to interacting with you all!
