New Investors in Quincy MA
Hi Everyone,
My brother and I live in Quincy, work in Boston, and dream of becoming real estate investors. We're looking to study the market for the next couple months then make our move next fall.
My question is, how do we get started? What information do we need? Who should we be talking to? What market is the best bet in this area?
We're looking to get our feet wet with a fixer-upper multi-family. We want something that needs repairs and at least pays our mortgage with owner occupancy.
After we get comfortable being land-lords, estimating costs, and evaluating properties we're looking to refinance and buy a second property. Then, if we've found success, we'd want to expand aggressively.
All help is much appreciated.
