[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal

Hello! 

This is my first lead ever. I'm a new wholesaler and I generated this lead via bandit signs. I'm new so i'm open to any sound advice and suggestions on what I should do to change deal or to move on to a different deal all together.Thanks for the help to anyone who replies :)
