Market Assessment Burbank/Glendale

Hi All,

My name is Dannie and I am brand new to investing. I currently looking to get into the Burbank/Glendale market and would love to hear folks thoughts on which one has the best playground.

I am also open to learning about the different ways folks use to find deals in the area. I have great credit and about 15K to get started. Any advice on the best way to get started would be welcome since I am looking for creative says of financing that would help me get started.
