Hello everyone.  I'm a part-time investor with a full-time job that I enjoy.  I live in Volusia county Florida and look forward to learning and investing in Real Estate.  My first year goal is to flip 5 homes in the West Volusia area in the next year.  I look forward to connecting with this community.
