Bigger Pockets

I already know the investment property I want in Florida

I know what business i want on the property.

=====================

A while back I saw an article

the person buying the property and running the business

wanted every day people with her

She offered shares $5,000 each

which could be shared

5 x $1,000 each

with one person in charge of

each $5,000 investment.

They could purchase as many shares as they wanted

but no Majority share holder voting allowed.

Everyone had equal say.

She was always Chairman and CEO.

On her death the property and business would be sold

and investors paid.

23 shares x $5,000 = $115,000

and she put in up to $10,000

Do you know of a deal like this?

Sincerely

Barbara
