First, thanks Jon for the direction here....
I have heard about BP awhile back, but never pursued joining until now. I have very little transaction experience but know fairly well the processes for transactions. I have held off because of first....I saw the market falling when I was learning this. Second I'm a travelling contractor (commercial access systems) and my primary goal is to pay my existing mortgage. I wanted to get into investing to hopefully substitute it for my existing profession. I have a real estate partner who is very investor friendly (carries an international lisence and does REO's) and I would be happy to introduce you to him if your interested?
I hope to learn some more from here because rules change all the time and so do procedures.
I look forward to seeing ya'll on the boards.
