Hi All, Im new to Bigger Pockets. Found you guys by way of the EOFire podcast & have been loving every minute of it. This is the only podcast I can listen to during my workouts!

Im in NC one of the hottest markets & have zeroed in on wholesaling & Sub 2 deals. While I gear up for real estate school, Ive created a website to create a branding platform.

Currently building out our infrastructure with skip tracers and VA's followed my own DUFing activity (driving for dollars) create an initial pipeline.

Im a tailor by day.
