Hey everyone.  My name is Clint. I'm just starting the journey into real estate investing and super excited! I have a girl friend and a little baby girl (10 months old) I've been listening to BP. For well over a year now, and love it. I live in the Minneapolis,  saint paul, Minnesota area and just sold my condo downtown saint paul to make this dream happen. I'm looking for a multi family in the area to owner occupy. My all in budget is 280k. If you have any advice, insight on properties or just want to say hi reach out to me.
