Intro - Hello, I'm new here but not new to RE

I wanted to take a moment and introduce myself to the BiggerPockets community. My name is Beau Wilson, I'm a 33 year old entrepreneur - Married with 2 little ones (not a dating website I know just seems normal to share). RE has been part of my life since the beginning, my father was a developer - very small scale, 20-40 lot neighborhoods which were mostly ranch/split foyer starter homes. He has long since retired but growing up around building and being along for the ride for rentals also gave me some decent experience in the sector. Personally, I've done one flip in the past couple years which was a quick one in Lawrenceville GA and currently rent 3 doors. I'm looking to become more active in the sector and hoping to create some meaningful relationships here while hopefully being able to add value to others.
