Hey everyone!

I didn't read the "how to introduce yourself" post until now, so I'm doing it again. My name is Michelle Bell. I am a Guidance Technician at a middle school (which I hope to quit in two years); I am also a licensed real estate agent in the Inland Empire region of Southern CA. I LOVE real estate and want to learn the investor side of things. Retail is great, but my primary interest here on BP is that of becoming a flipper/rehabber; I love the idea of taking something less ideal and making it beautiful for a family to live in and make great memories there. I also plan to take on some buy & hold investing as well - down the road, but fixing and flipping is what I want to master first. Wholesaling scares me a bit, but I'm sure it's because I don't yet fully understand it. I love the podcasts and have been listening off and on for a couple of years now. I'm married with three children, all young adults now: two of them in college. I'm finally showing up -  in order to push past my fear of all the unknowns in the hope of changing my family's financial future, and I'm truly excited about the possibilities. Thanks for taking the time.
