Recent UCLA Graduate Entering CRE in Los Angeles

Hi everyone,

My name is Zack, and I am a recent UCLA graduate pursuing a professional career in Commercial Real Estate in the Los Angeles area. I am keen to learn the market and the industry, so I am currently most interested in starting in Debt (balance sheet, CMBS, capital markets, etc) to gain exposure and maximize my at bats. I also have an interest in the equity side of the business and hope to run my own fund down the road. In my spare time, I am exploring ways to begin building my personal wealth through personal real estate investments. I have been learning a lot through BP and been interested in rental properties (SFH and Multi-Family).

If anyone in the LA area wants to chat about their professional CRE careers or their successes in personal rentals, please reach out.

Best,

Zack
