Newbie in Groton, CT area

Hello,

My name is Reston. I am a current land lord for one property. I will be transitioning to a new career in the next couple of years and am looking to add SFRs and/or small multi-family properties to my investments and eventually transition to managing multiple properties myself. I am relatively new to the Groton, CT area and my current job has made networking very difficult.
