Updating Profile Details

I'm attempting to update my profile and can't seem to find the right icon to click on to accomplish this. I tried clicking on "Profile" and "Settings" but then I do not see any icon that would suggest an update option. I searched past forum posts but they seem to be possibly outdated. Any help would be appreciated.
