Newbie introduction/ any welders out there?

Ben Smith
Posted
Hey, My name is Ben Smith I'm 22. I was born and raised in Oklahoma. I spent the last two years in Las Vegas NV. "My wife was going to a dance/theater school out there" I moved to kissimmee FL last month. For the wife again. It's always been her dream to work for Disney World. Ever since my dad bought my neighbors house when I was around 8 I've been interested in real estate. I've also always been really good with saving money. Junior-Senior year I was lucky enough to get into a welding program where I learned how to fabricate and weld steel and other metals. That gave me a head start. I got a job at 18 making 40-50 grand a year. I have kept saving my money and I think it's time to start on my real estate portfolio. I'm thinking single family rentals through the BRRR technique. If your I the central Florida area and want to meet up or team up send me a message. I know bet working is a major part in this business! Thanks for reading.
