Hey BP community!

It’s been about a year of reading articles, listening to podcasts, and reading through all the incredible discussions here in the forums for me, so I figured it was about time to jump into the discussions and actually take part in the community!

Glad to be here, and glad to be learning from all of you who have accomplished so much!

I live in Orange County, California, and I've been working in and around real estate investing for about ten years. I'm looking forward to actually being in the game and not just a spectator!

Hey Michael! Thank you for taking the time to reply! You're right, I should have gotten a little more detailed on my introduction; I'm 28 years old, newly married to a wonderful woman (Yep, I'm the bearded one in the photo, my name can be deceiving haha), living in Irvine, California. I've worked for a house flipper for the last decade without ever really getting involved in the investing side of things, but am now looking to get started. I am focusing my attention on learning the multifamily investing model as I see that as something I would be good at and would enjoy doing immensely. 

So sorry to hear you're dealing with health complications, but it sounds like you are not letting that stop you from growing and learning, which is very inspiring! Thank you again Michael for taking the time to reply! I appreciate you sharing some of your insights you've gained here at BP!
