greetings everyone,

my name is ray and starting in real estate. i'm like a new born to real estate investing. i plan on doing pre-foreclosures and assigning it to other rehabbers until i can build capital for other deals. i'm young, have done a massive amount of research in real estate investing and wanted to know if i could take anyone out to lunch to pick their brain in the san francisco bay area.
