Credibility of ( dohardmoney) lenders, has anyone ever used this
I would like to know if anyone has ever used ( dohardmoney)lenders. I want to know if they are credible and legitimate. I'm about to get into a deal for a loan to flip my first home ,and they advertise that they find 100% of the loan ,closing * down payment * up to 5 months of carry payments and points . But requires a (3k ) deposit with ($2,350.00) refunded at end of deal when sold , ($650) is kept for ARV payments. I am afraid to give my only money saved and get ripped off, I am a contractor and have been doing flip homes for buyers for the last 5 years ,and I want to do my own flips ,but only have this ($3000) I'm thinking of giving them to do the deal ,and ($1000) set aside for earnest money. What are everyone's thoughts .I appreciate any insight or help.
Thanks Anthony
