Newbie Introduction Alert!!

My name id Eileen Viela, I am a newbie in every sense of the word!  So much so that it took me awhile to figure out how to do this post!!

I currently live in Pearl City, Hawaii, and I'm sure like many people here, after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad, I knew there were some changes that needed to be made. I had a 26 year career in banking, and currently work in retail, and jumped into this fully excited, scared and determined to learn! I just joined our local REI group will begin by learning about Wholesaling.

Eileen Viela welcome. Based on home much money and time you have... that’s what is going to determine what you do. If you have money and no time... buy hold. If you have time no money then you need to find deals to hand off to a flipper or be a flipper eventually.
