Hello bp, My name is john hovanec and I’m from upstate South Carolina. I started back in 07-08 then life took over and I had to get out. Now I’m back with plans to do better. I have flipped 2 single family properties within the last year and half. I’m looking to learn how to flip houses faster and better and get some flip and hold properties and maybe some multi-family also. I am a member of our local reia group and listen to a lot of bp podcast. It would be great to connect with some locals or anyone that has anything positive to say. Look forward to growing in the future. Thanks.
