My name is James and I wanted to introduce myself. I am a Financial Consultant. I have spent the past few weeks listening to the podcasts, and reading the introductory books from BiggerPockets. I'm excited about the opportunities in real estate and I am very interested in learning more from both the resources available and the rest of the community.

My initial goal is to generate cash flow by initially investing in a fourplex out of state (not sure witch state yet -help!); CA is really expensive. I am seeking advice on how to best to finance such a  purchase and how to build the right team to manage the property from afar, and to also connect with local investors with similar interests and/or objectives.

Thanks for reading!
