Good evening BP!

I am a 21 year old Actuary Mathematics and Finance major at Kent State University.  I grew up around Youngstown, Ohio which is about an hour and a half southeast of Cleveland.  I have been reading posts, listening to podcasts and reading books on real estate for about a year now.

I am taking the plunge and plan on house-hacking a duplex (or any small multi-family if the price is right) this late summer and fall.  I have an internship as a data analyst for Progressive this summer so if everything goes according to plan, I will find a duplex between Kent and Mayfield (where Progressive is located) so that I can commute to my prospective job and class.

After that I plan on working full time and obtaining 50 doors (mostly multi-family) by the time I'm 30.  Once I have the systems in place I would like to have a total of 336 units (mix of apartments and multi-families) each cash flowing $250 by the time I'm 40 (the million dollar dream!!)  I will be focusing on value add, foreclosures and units near universities around a 2 hour radius of Cleveland.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and good luck investing!
