Hi there everyone,
buy and holds have done well for us over the past few years. Are cash flows are good and as such we were able to survive the downturn quite nicely. Prices are back to pre-recession values and rents are climbing slightly again.
We are buying property with investors in the $350k range and renting them for approximately $2500 per month.
I am bullish long term on oil and gas and this will great effects on our real estate values!
