Just an introduction

Hey everyone, my name is Robert Ferrell i have been a member here for quite some time but have recently decided to get serious into Real Estate Investments. Currently im a comtractor out in Afghanistan, but I am looking for other investors to learn from in flip and fix and rental properties. I have read quite a bit but have never done a deal yet. So hopefully some of you can give me some pointers and i hope to develop some partnerships as well in the future. I look forward to getting to know alot of you and hopefully learn this trade as well. It has always been a pasion of mine to learn the trade and now im finally in a postion to make those goal happen.
