Hello everyone!

A year ago I decided to start my education in real estate and went through the 90 hours pre-license course of real estate, I passed the course but decided not to take the estate exam, instead I decided to keep working as a general contractor to pay off all my debt, while I also travel around a little. It's been a year since then and now all my $30K + debt is paid off

A month ago I found and joined Biggerpockets, and decided to keep educating myself so I made up my mind to start listening every podcast one by one in order until I catch the current podcast, while also looking for potential investment properties, I also decided to read some of the books that they recommended in the podcasts.

After listening to various podcast saying that is a good idea to get your real estate license, a week ago I made up my mind to take my real estate exam to get my license in Oklahoma.

Now I'm on podcast 59 more than a year worth of podcasts in BP and I also passed my state exam :-)

I feel one step closer to my goals and I feel a lot of excitement, I always feel so inspired after listening all these successful stories in the podcast, my passion for real estate had grown so much in the past month and it keeps growing.

I'm still looking for my next property! In the mean time I will keep educating myself.

Thanks Biggerpockets!
